25 hotels managed by The Fern Hotels & Resorts receive the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice 2020 Badge

As many as 25 hotels managed by The Fern Hotels & Resorts, India’s leading environmentally sensitive hotel chain have received the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice 2020 Badge, Noshir A Marfatia, Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, The Fern Hotels & Resorts said. Besides, Amanora The Fern, Pune has received the TripAdvisor Travelers Choice 2020 Best of the Best Award, placing it in the top 1% of the world’s best hotels, he added.

“The greatest part of this achievement is that it is the recognition of our guests on our products, services and standards that have won us this accolade”, he said. And our hotels across the country have received this recognition – be it a hotel in Bhuj or Belagavi, Jaipur or Jamnagar, Mumbai or Mundra, we have been able to keep our guests happy and it speaks volumes about the uniform brand service standards that we are following, the senior VP added.

Highlighting another aspect, he pointed out, “the accomplishment is spread across all our segments, business hotels, hill and jungle resorts, beach properties, all of them have been the preferred choice of the travelers.
