Pune, January 31, 2018: The 69th Republic Day celebrations saw a melange of activities at the Hyatt Pune, Kalyani Nagar with delectable Indian Cuisine, fun and games for the associates and a special celebration with the kids of “Teach For India”.

The festivities of this year, saw active participation from the associates and guests in the various events organised at the hotel. Promoting healthy living, Hyatt Pune organised the ‘Republic Run’, followed by a unique and energising afternoon spent with the children from ‘Teach For India’.

Hyatt has always been a front runner with its various initiatives for community service through their program ‘Hyatt Thrive’. As part of this, Hyatt Pune, has been associated with various NGO’s including ‘Teach For India’ that provides education to under-privileged children. Marking the glorious celebrations of Republic Day; the excited bunch of kids shared their food dream wherein they expressed their desire to open their own canteen in their schools. The Chef’s at the hotel were seen engaging with the kids by sharing their own experiences and leading them in the direction of fulfilling their ambitions. As a souvenir, the hotel team presented the kids with attractive stationary sets to encourage them, to study hard and follow their dreams.

While the associates actively engaged in these activities, Hyatt Pune also had a magnanimous Republic Day Brunch planned at Eighty Eight restaurant. The best of India was showcased through visually vibrant delicacies ranging from the valleys of Kashmir to the Beaches of Puducherry; to the mountain terrains of Arunachal Pradesh to the deserts of Rajasthan. The chefs gleefully curated a unique mélange of experiences for all.
