7th Chef Summit of Indian Culinary Forum has been a great success under the guidance of Chef Davinder Kumar, President IFC.  A lot of big personalities attended this summit.

The session started and it was about the new opportunities which are unveiling in the F&B industry and what challenges are the Banqueting Industry facing and how they can be resolved. They talked about the innovation which can be seen in the kitchen equipment these days and how they can help us in sustainability which is the need of the hour. Indeed a proper discussion for the industry.

The next session was very important as it talked about the management of banqueting in the context of finance and economics. It described how the problem of economic management of an event can be resolved. They were majorly focusing on the food wastage. How much it affects the society as well as the profits of the hotel and the banquets. They, at last, had a discussion on how much we are accepting and embracing sustainability in our hospitality business as well as our banqueting business. The final session was an eyeopener for the Industry.

HospiBuz and Hospitality Lexis is proud to the knowledge partner of such a great and knowledgeable event. We are obliged to receive this opportunity. We promise to serve the industry in the best way possible.
