Shake Shack is an American fast casual restaurant chain based in New York City. The restaurant came from humble beginnings, starting with a hot dog stand which appeared during summers.Shake Shack sprouted from a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park in Manhattan to support the Madison Square Park Conservancy’s first art installation. The cart was quite the success, with Shack fans lined up daily for three summers.

It is known for their proteins. Danny Meyer come up with the name “Shake Shack” after watching Grease so many times.

It offers corn dogs three times a year. They are all beef vieena hot dogs dipped in house- made corn better and served with sweet relish. And they are only available on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

Shake Shack has ventured abroad to countries like England, Turkey and Russia. But its most significant international investment has been in the Middle East, with 20 Restaurants in states and countries like Kuwait, Lebanon and United Arab Emirates.

It has a secret menu include a grilled cheese sandwich made with the restaurant’s famous potato buns, a protein- style burger wrapped in lettuce , and a root beer float.
