Aajisai celebrates its 2nd year anniversary with a grand menu

This luxurious fine dining, located on the 5th floor of Quest Mall, is the first of its kind in the city of joy offering the gourmets of Kolkata with the fully automatic Sushi Conveyor belt for a-la-carte dishes. This year this ritzy Japanese restaurant has stepped into its second year.

To celebrate this occasion, they have curated a special anniversary menu to share their taste of happiness with their clientele. Their anniversary special menu includes both delectable veg and non-veg dishes. If you are a vegetarian or want to ditch your regular love for meat you should definitely try out Jagaimo Sarada – a Japanese style potato salad, Daikon Mochi, a Japanese style turnip cake made of daikon radish, sweet rice flour and soy served with ponzu sauce, Ninniku Chahan-Garlic Flavour sticky rice twisted with mirin and soy, Kotejichizu in cashew nut butter sauce- marinated cottage cheese cooked in rich-cashew-nut- butter sauce and if you don’t like to treat your taste buds with monotony then you should go for Banana Stem Patty which is pan-grilled banana stem served with chef’s special tofu sauce. 

For meat and fish lovers they have Tori Sarada-shredded chicken salad served with Japanese dressing, Kani Tamagoyaki-Imitation crab rolled with Japanese omelet, Tori No Takoyaki-deep fired ball-shaped appetizer filled with minced chicken served with spicy mayo, Okinawa Maki- Smoked Sakana roll sushi served with sriracha mayo, Tama Negi Soba Yaki-teppanyaki style fried noodles pan sauteed with egg and spring onion and last but not the least Sakana No Karashi Misoyaki-Pan-seared sea brass cooked in Japanese mustard and miso paste.
