Accor wins big at the HICSA Hotels of the Year Awards 2021

THE 16TH EDITION OF THE HICSA HOTELS OF THE YEAR AWARDS 2021 PRESENTED BY MAKEMYTRIP WERE HELD IN NEW DELHI ON 28TH SEPTEMBER

Accor has secured two awards at this year’s Hotel Investment Conference – South Asia (HICSA) Hotels of the Year Awards, South Asia’s leading hospitality event that was held in New Delhi on 28 September 2021. The group’s two hotels – Novotel Vijayawada Varun and ibis Kolkata Rajarhat, emerged as proud winners for the categories for Upper Mid-Market Hotel Segment and Budget/Economy Hotel Segment respectively.

This year’s “Hybrid HICSA” was a two-day event which had both in-person participants along with virtual participants present, all following the new social distancing protocols. The conference laid down a much-needed cognizance on how the MICE world will be adapted into the new wave of a transformed hospitality sector.
