ANDAZ DELHI APPOINTS CHEF VIKRAM GANPULE AS EXECUTIVE CHEF

New Delhi, August 6, 2019 Vikram Ganpule has been appointed as the Executive Chef at Andaz Delhi. In his new role, Chef Vikram will be responsible for handling the overall culinary operations at the first Andaz hotel in India, including concept planning and execution, cost management, quality control, sustainable sourcing and monitoring food production to name a few functions.

Chef Ganpule was the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Chennai before moving to this role. With 23 years of enriching experience across distinctive brands and diverse geographies in the culinary world, Chef Ganpule has carved a niche for himself as a game changer.

He started his career with ITC hotels after graduating from IHM Delhi, post which, he was a part of Welcomgroup Management Institute (WMI) and trained and worked with ITC Hotels from 1993 till about 1999. After ITC, he had an international exposure to the Middle East for two years. Upon coming back to India, he joined Leela Palace Bangalore and after 1.5 years, he joined the Hyatt family at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa. Since 2002, Chef has had an incredible journey in World of Hyatt with exciting adventures across Kathmandu, Kolkata and Chennai.

Chef is also an avid reader and enjoys experiential travel.
