DISRUPT, originally started in 2017, is back again with version 2.0, and is all set to put Mumbai on festival maps around the world! Think, a two-day celebration from November 16th-17th, which promises to take your experience from amazing to EPIC.
 
While an indoor festival in Mumbai might sound niche, they’re ensuring you can have all the *vibe* to express yourself on the dance floor – by hosting this edition at Mumbai’s (infamous) Famous Studios! Five times the size of the famous underground antiSOCIAL at Khar Social and combining new-age technology and production to bring you a stellar audio-visual experience, the space promises to give your best dance moves a run for their money. Plus, you’re in for a visual treat, with several interactive art installations set up all through the fest!
 
This time around, two of the biggest names in music programming in India, your favorite neighborhood bar/cafe, #SOCIAL, and music management company Mixtape have partnered to bring you the festival of your dreams. If you haven’t experienced the red-hued, mirrored descent into Mumbai’s underground music scene (literally) at #antiSOCIAL, you’ve definitely heard the noise around it. While last year’s foray took Disrupt to a multi-floor experience, this year #antiSOCIAL proves its more than just a venue by taking its signature vibe to an all-new space, accompanied, of course, by #SOCIAL’s signature #drinks, including their quintessential #LLIITs, classic cocktails, #munchies menu and six brand-new burgers from their Oktoberfest menu! 
 
Plus, Mixtape, known for adding a hint of ingredient ‘X’ to the contemporary music scene, are bringing their expertise to the production, audio-visuals and of course, the artists! The line-up this time around, shows they’ve once again curated and programmed a lineup straight out of a music lover’s wildest dreams! 
 
This two-day festival is all set to feature some of the biggest names from electronic music in India and around the world – think a bevy of the best, starting with LA-based producer and DJ. While London-based electronic act, Zero 7, known for blending the dedication of Beatles-era producer George Martin with the innovation of Daft Punk, will be playing a DJ set that’ll surely blow your socks off! Also, having gotten Europe to the dance floor, and having made a name for himself at Gilles Peterson’s festivals around the world, tastemaker LeftO will be adding to the mayhem with his patented mix of jazz, funk and hip-hop, while repping India, will be homegrown hero & all-time favorite DJ/ BLOT, who’s known for his deep organic techno. 
 
Rounding out the line-up, are Mumbai-based bass music producer Spryk, and DJs Uri, Abhi Meer, Kaleekarma and bigfat alongside Amsterdam-based experimental duo Know V.A., Mauritian curator Fourmi Rouz and Goa-based selectors Tsunami Soup Collective! We also have Spryk, FREE THE ROBOTS, FOURMI ROUZ in the line-up.
