Bake With Le Cordon Bleu Chef Matthew Hodgett

Plate & Pint, known for its decadent desserts is now going to host  Chef Matthew Hodgett from the world renowned Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu to bring you a brilliant intricate workshop. Chef Matthew Hodgett has been a Head Pastry Chef at Michelin Star Restaurants, worked at various 5 star hotels and baked for the likes of the Queen of England, George Bush and number of other celebrities.

Chef Matthew has numerous accolades under his belt – from participating in various national competitions to winning a gold medal at Hotelympia Culinary Salon for his live Banquet for a 1000 people and contributing to a 9ft replica of Queen Elizabeth’s and Prince Philips 75th anniversary, he is one of the best in his field.

At Plate & Pint, this uber-talented chef conducts a free workshop on the 23rd of April from 4-6 PM. Learn the intricate art of cookie & cake decoration with fondant and royal icing and go home with new skills in your book.  Hurry up and register now – there are only limited seats available.
