Bird Hospitality opens up in Rishikesh

Roseate Hotels and Resorts has opened its sixth property in Rishikesh. They belong to Bird Hospitality. They have another property in Delhi and UK. they are planning to start their operation with 14 villas and they will try to expand it to 50-55 villas. All their hotels are rebranded and they are converting them in Villa hotels. They will further expand in the Middle East.

They are planning hotels in Goa and Jaipur as well. Their portfolio includes The Roseate New Delhi, The Roseate in Reading UK, Roseate House in London, UK, the Roseate Villa in Bath, UK, and Roseate House in New Delhi. These properties will be operational in the next 3-4 years. They already have land and real estate available there. The group is searching for an opportunity in Greenfield and brownfield across India, the Middle East and the UK.
