Celebrate art and creativity at the India Art Fair 2019 with delicious bites from Annamaya Delhi

New Delhi, 30 January 2019: annamaya, the award-winning football is the Lounge Hospitality Partner at India Art Fair 2019. Conceptualized on the motto of Eat Mindful. Shop Artisanal. Raise Awareness, AnnaMaya has been recently recognized as #1 Raw and Fine restaurant in India by Conde Nast Traveler Top Restaurant Awards 2018.

Annamaya will be serving a selection of its signature dishes at the lounge, indulgent yet healthy to keep art lovers appetites satiated. Specialties being served will include South Indian Chicken Kathi Roll, Bun Tikki with Amaranth potato patty, Millet Biryani, Broadway brownie, and Gajar ka halwa.

AnnaMaya will also be organizing a pop-up at the India Art Fair lounge, where interesting artisanal products will be available for sale.

India Art Fair holds a very special place as Reason #151 from the 401 Reasons to fall in love with Delhi curated by Andaz Delhi. Written by a luxury vagabond and travel writer Fiona Caulfield, this special book in each guestroom at Andaz Delhi tells the story of Delhi, and the many larger-than-life and tiny details that make us love this place. Founded in 2008, the India Art Fair takes place annually in the capital city of New Delhi, India Art Fair reflects the country’s fast-developing art scene, as well as offering curated insights into the cultural landscapes of neighboring states.

Taking place from 31 January – 3 February 2019 in partnership with BMW Group India, India Art Fair 2019 will present 75 exhibitors from 24 Indian and international cities. Evolution and expansion of the events programme both on- and off-site will offer visitors unique access to the breadth and strength of India’s thriving visual art scene. The fair’s programme draws together galleries, artists, private foundations, arts charities, artists’ collectives, national institutions, cultural events, and festivals. It aims to enable both local and international audiences to engage in innovative ways with the cultural history and development of the South Asian region.
