Chicago will be the first to offer hotel on Navy Pier

The five-story hotel, with 200-rooms will be built on Navy Pier in Chicago.

This will be the first ever hotel at the pier. It will provide guests with spectacular views of the city and staying here will be an experience like no other.

The project on construction will cost about $90 million and construction is expected to begin in 2017 and open in late 2018.

The project is likely to create 300 construction jobs and 200 permanent jobs.

Navy Pier was a naval training facility during World War II.

Chicago-based First Hospitality Group will be responsible for the development and management of the hotel.

This group owns 19 hotels in under banners as Hyatt, Hilton, Holiday Inn and Marriott.

The creation of this hotel will serve as revolutionary development for the city.

It is also considered as city’s great economic and cultural sites.
