MOCKTAIL RECIPES

1. MELONI

So MELONI is a watermelon based chilled mocktail to beat the heat.

Ingredients

Lemon juice – 60 ml

Muddled Mint leaves – 7-8

Fresh blended watermelon – 100ml

Watermelon Syrup – 60ml

Peach Syrup – 30ml

Pineapple Juice- 90ml

Soda – top it up

Method

1. Mix lemon juice, pineapple juice and peach syrup in a container

2. Add some freshly blended watermelon and watermelon Syrup to this mixture along with muddled mint leaves

3. Add some ice cubes and mix it well and pour it into the cocktail glass

4. Top up the glass with some soda

5. Serve this watermelon based chilled mocktail to your guests.

2. KESAR WALA AAM

Ingredients

Muddled Cardamom – 5 pieces

Brewed Saffron – 60ml

Fresh Mango Crush – 60ml

Fresh lime juice – 60ml

Sprite – 90ml

Soda – top it up

Method

1. Brew some saffron and keep it in the refrigerator and let it chill for sometime

2. Add fresh mango crush, fresh lime juice and crushed ice to a container and mix it well

3. To this mix add the muddled cardamom and chilled brewed saffron to give it a strong flavour and colour

4. Pour this into your cocktail glass and top it up with 90ml Sprite and some Soda

5. Serve this chilled to your guests
