Christmas & New Year festive happenings at The Leela Goa!

The Leela Goa December 14, 2019:

24th December – Traditional Christmas Eve Gala at Leela Lawns.

Christmas waves a magic wand over this world and, lo and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful. A sumptuous spread at Leela Lawns awaits you!

Traditional Yuletide goodies jostle for attention in this international feast. From smoked salmon to roast turkey to plum pudding, you can be sure it is all there.

Goa’s finest band Forefront, international dancers, DJ, MC and spectacular fire-works are there to keep the party roaring into the wee hours of the morning.

25^th December – Majestic Wine Dinner at Jamavar

We present to you the varied flavours of magical India for your dining pleasure. Succulent tandoori kebabs and aromatic curries are served on a silver thali. A fine selection of Indian and international wines are paired to complement this fare fit for Maharajas! Our Indian maestros skilfully set the mood with melodies played on the santoor and tabla.

26th December – Boxing Day at Susegado

Our ‘shack’ on the beach beckons you with aromas from the live grills. An excellent selection of salads, seafood, meats and dessert, promise to be a delight for the gourmet in you. Dance under the starlit sky to Mary Jo’s rhythms. Then sit back and be entertained by the indefatigable African acrobats.

27th December -An Italian Affair at Riverside

Our much appreciated Italian restaurant is festooned for a fantastic 5 course wine dinner. Don’t miss this evening’s offering of delectable gourmet flavours. Acacio’s music will mesmerise you throughout the night.

29th December- Road to the Mediterranean at Riverside

May you have your meal with gladness and health! Favourite dishes and sweetly spiced flavours from the Mediterranean countries are there for you to indulge in. Maxwell and Shruthi keep you entertain with foot tapping music and Venetian dancers enhance this magical evening by the River Sal.

30th December -East meets West at The Club Lounge

An evening in The Club’s serene atmosphere, savouring 5 course fusion menu that has the whisper of East and West flavours. Stanley gives his rendition of melodies from yesteryears.

31st December- The Great Indian ‘Mela’ at Leela Lawns

Countdown to the final moments of 2019! Come CELEBRATE at Leela Lawns and partake of the Indian Mela. A massive selection of food from India and around the world is spread across Coconut Grove. There is just so much on offer that you will not know where to start! Indian Classical Dancers, Aerial dancers, Kerala Drummers, “FOREFRONT” – Goa’s finest band, a flea market from all parts of India, a live disc jockey & master of ceremonies, a burst of spectacular fireworks over the Mobor skies at midnight and various live acts strewn around the food court all add up to the New Year’s Eve tempo!

1st January 2020- Hangover Brunch at Susegado

Welcome 2020 with barefoot luxury! A lazy brunch watching the blue Arabian Sea and feet planted in the white sands. If you haven’t made your New Year’s resolutions yet think of them as you sip on a glass of bubbly! While Acacio sings some sunny tunes for your entertainment.
