The prestigious upscale hotel celebrates 70 years of Indian republic through art across decades

New Delhi 27, January 2020: Pullman New Delhi Aerocity launched an exquisite art exhibition ‘Colours of the Republic’ that celebrates 70 years of the Indian republic through beautiful illustrations of paintings and sculptures. Last evening, guests had the chance to immerse themselves in a cocktail soiree for the unveiling of the exhibition, in association with the Asian Art House. The specially curated collection featured works of senior artists like Laxman Relay, Amit Bhar, Vijayraj Bodhankar, Paramesh Paul, and Gourishankar Soni. The hotel has one of the finest and fastest-growing collections of contemporary and traditional art.

The spectrum of these artworks beautifully depicts to viewers the ghats of Varanasi and glimpses of Rural India, along with its rich culture and tradition. The depth and range of the artworks showcased are subjective and stunning, the common theme of these artworks being that they are by Indian artists and they celebrate the diversity and uniqueness of India.
