The culinary experts at Koji spearheaded by Chef Ram Rana bring you a selection of East Asian specialties such as the Spiced Pumpkin Crips, Kung Pao Chicken and Soft Shell Crab Temaki that heralds the arrival of summer, complemented by Japanese whiskeys and sake.

To end the delicious dinner on a sweet note, Koji offers tempting fresh summer desserts such as the Jasmine Tea cream Brulee, Kaffir lime and Mint chocolate mousse, coconut and cherry Tart and Jackfruit Ice Cream.
