Corona Outbreak: Restaurants to be shut down till 31st

A day after Government of Delhi had announced shutting down of night clubs, gyms and spas till 31st March, to avoid the spread deadly coronavirus in the Capital, the owners of restaurants in Delhi have also decided to suspend their operations and shut their outlets till 31st March. The decision was taken on 17th March by restaurateurs, who also pitched this idea to National Restaurant Association of India. 

Umang Tewari, Restaurateur and President of Connaught Place Restaurant Association (CPRA), said: “We’re hoping that we don’t have to extend this shutdown period. At this time, when we don’t want our family to go out, we will also not want our staff members to keep working and people coming out to din,”.
