Pardeep Siwach is appointed as Director of Rooms at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri. Enriched with 13 years’ experience into hospitality industry, Pardeep has worked with International & Domestic brands like Carlson Hotels and Zuri Group of hotels apart from Marriott International. At all-time he displays and demonstrates the core values of Marriott “Put people first” which includes both internal and external guests.

In his current stint, Pardeep is responsible for successfully establishing operations excellence by ensuring the compliances of brand standards, brand audits and excellent guest experience. Pardeep is competent and results driven leader who has exceptional knowledge of accounting, budget & forecasting, sales & revenues, etc. A focused and a process driven individual who is a firm believer of delivering the results beyond commitment by saying “Bring the best by Basics”.

He started his career with Goa Marriott Resort as a trainee and moved up to the ladder of success with multiple roles with the same company like- duty manager, front office manager, operations manager previous to his current role. Prior to this role he was associated with Courtyard by Marriott Kochi as the Operations Manager and the property achieved “Gold Award” in guest experience for the year 2017 under his leadership and the property was placed in top 5 hotels in APAC (Courtyard Brand Ranking).
