Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre appoints new Executive Sous Chef

Crowne Plaza Pune City Center is delighted to announce the appointment of Abhimanyu Sinha as the new Executive Sous Chef. With over a decade of rich experience in the culinary field, he is elated to bring his expertise to this reputed IHG property. 

A fresh mindset and contemporary ideas interspersed with a drive that allowed him to pursue his aspirations and convert them into actuality; Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre can count on Abhimanyu for a modern take on traditional cuisines. He has previously been associated with reputed hospitality brands like Taj, Sangri-La, Westin, Sheraton and Le Meridien. His forte lies in variations of continental cuisine, creativity, an admirable work ethics and multitasking as well. 

Chef Abhimanyu is proficient in the mastery of contemporary culinary art trends and when asked about his appointment he added; ‘I am stoked to be a part of the Crowne Plaza City Centre family.   

I have a plan to start a couple of new trends like freshly baked goodies from our live patio, a lively new version of our Sunday Brunch with activities even for children. I am also dedicatedly focused on our banqueting in terms of themes, quality of food and a lot more.’
