Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre appoints General Manager – Mr. Bharat Ratanpal

Mr. Bharat Ratanpal appointed as General Manager Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre 

Bharat Ratanpal has recently joined as General Manager for Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre. Bharat, who has worked in the hospitality industry for over16 years, was Director of Sales and Marketing at the iconic JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu for over 2 years on his last assignment.

Prior to this Bharat has spent 12 years with the Hyatt Hotels Corporation working with numerous upscale and luxurious properties including–Grand Hyatt Mumbai, the pre-opening team of Grand Hyatt Goa and Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa (now ITC Grand Resort & Spa).

Originally from Mumbai, Bharat graduated in Hospitality Management from Kohinoor – IMI, School of Hospitality Management, Khandala, India; Indian Campus of IMI Luzern, Switzerland. Bharat is a highly motivated, passionate and disciplined professional, carrying with him a vast experience in sales, marketing, and overall hotel revenue in both domestic and international markets. His keen insight of both resort and corporate hotel segments brings an out of the box approach to business.

He will play an active role in inshowcasingCrowne Plaza Pune City Centers one of the preferred choices in hospitality for business or leisure. Bharat will also focus on engaging with local communities to promote responsible business and positive change as part of IHG’s global – True Hospitality for Good programme.
