The innovative bartenders at Deli Cocktail House are ready to launch Turkish Cocktail Bar Catering by the Deli Cocktail House’s mixologist Taemin Zareyi, for the upcoming Wedding Season. Cocktails are well curated using Turkish Herbs & Garnishes.

Flowers, seeds, leaves, roots, stems and even the pods are inspiration for this new set of cocktail Curation – the sweetness, acidity and distinctive aroma of each part of the herb brings out the flavour of the spirit used – thus creating selection of cocktails that is refreshing and buzzing with its own unique identity. Refreshing, spirited and creating a distinctive edge with Cinnamon, Sesame, fresh basil leaves or the sharpness of Turkish chili Flakes, these cocktails will definitely appeal to the adventurous and evolved drinker. Dive into the selection of Exclusive Menu, Turkish Sour, which uses Bourbon, Egg white, Turkish Chilli Flakes & Pomegranate Molasses; or their Turkish Delight with a rose petal infused, rose water, vanilla essence, and egg white. If a little more adventure is on your mind, try the Turkish Martinii a fruity concoction of plum puree and grapefruit ginger syrup, with tequila. Leafy Wild Turkey, blends refreshing basil leaves, matcha syrup, and rum in a cool tall drink. Getting to the root of the matter is the Antalya, which uses chamomile gin and gran-dine syrup topped with soda and served in a bamboo glass for that extra flavor. People have emerged with more than Mojitos now. They definitely know what they are drinking.
