DoubleTree by Hilton Pune Celebrated Earth Week In an Endeavor To Protect The Environment & Conserve Energy

Hilton property joins Team Members from around the world in preserving environments and furthering responsible travel and tourism

Pune, Maharashtra – India: 19^th to 25^th March 2018: DoubleTree by Hilton Pune celebrated Earth Week with a series of activations at the property last week. The hotel took action locally to engage in sustainability efforts – from water stewardship and energy conservation to reducing waste and community projects. Team Members and Guests at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune participated in a sapling plantation activity on the hotel premises as an initiative to promote a clean green neighborhood and protect the environment. This was followed by the hotel participating in the global movement of Earth Hour, which saw DoubleTree by Hilton Pune associates and guests join hands to turn up the dark and switch off the lights for one hour in an endeavor to conserve energy and act on climate change.
