A point of pride in Kashmiri culture, Wazwan is a multi-course meal and the preparation of which is considered as an art. Wazwan in the Kashmiri language means WAZ “cook” and WAN means “shop”.

With the onsets of winter, one craves for culinary delights rich in flavors and fresh spices, considered finest for winters. Wazwan meal is one such meal most enjoyed in the Kashmir regions during the winters. Bringing out the true flavor of the meal, wazwan meal is a must try cuisine for those who want to binge on some winter specific palatable dishes.

The Kashmiri spread will include a wide array of Kashmiri dishes, specially curated by a renowned Wazwan Chef from Gulmurg, Kashmir, Chef Rayees Ahmed Khan. Served as a traditional Kashmiri feast, Wazwan cuisine is a savory that is relished widely. The Waza (chef) will bring to its guests some of the finest dishes prepared in authentic Kashmiri style.

The hotel will be offering a set menu as well as an A la Carte menu which will showcase several palatable dishes such as Mutton Roganjosh, Gushtaba, Rushtaba, Nadru Korma, Yakhni Pulao, Safed Kokur to name a few. A theme based welcome drink on arrival and Kashmiri Kahwa will be served throughout the meal during the festival.
