Food without Borders: 6-course dinner featuring dishes from Palestine & Israel at The Classroom by La Folie

Description: Political conflict may create land borders, but they cannot create borders for food or tradition. Food is an integral part of our identity, and as humans move around the globe, our food travels with us. On Friday, December 13, 2019, Chef Ragini from Third Culture Cooks will host a six-course dinner as part of her series ‘Bordered’. Over the course of dinner, guests will learn more about the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine, as seen through food. Each course features a dish with a story that will bring the region to life.
