This therapy literally helps you to relax and refuel your body with positivity and it also gives you a break from your hectic urban life, polluted too.

Forest Therapy is rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrinyoku, which means Forest Bathing. Well, don’t worry it is not a literal bath, but simply means to immerse yourself completely in the calm and refreshing atmosphere of nature.
We all had experienced that spending some time in the forest gives us a positive mindset, thoughts and attitude. The sights and sounds of Mother Nature always help in relaxation of our brains and it also helps in boosting up our body. It is scientifically proven that this therapy reduces cortisol, which is a stress hormone in the human body and it also has a positive impact on blood pressure and adiponectin, which is a protein that helps to regulate blood sugar levels in the human body.

Jogi Gundi Falls, Onake Abbi Falls and Bakarna Falls are some of them. This place is surprisingly rich in biodiversity and a lot of rains occur here.

KUDREMUKH

Chitkul is a village in Kinnaur district of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. This village is located high up in the Great Himalayas, at the elevation 3450 meters. This place lies in the mountains by the side of River Baspa. The forests here in this region are so dense, that even daylight sometimes finds it difficult to find its way to the ground.
