Have you ever wondered how the most decadent chocolates have been made and wished you could do such sorcery? Wonder no more. Happy House Kitchen offers you a hands on masterclass where you can learn how to make the perfect “Bonbons”, a French chocolate with a hard chocolate casing on the outside and extremely soft and gooey inside. You will not only learn how to make 3 types of French chocolates but also how to make this a homegrown business for homemakers. We will also be sharing tips and tricks that will cover the costing and production in terms of a real business. Last but not the least and the best part everyone will also get to take and enjoy their hand made Bonbons back home!

About Chef Minali:
Minali is a Chef Patisserie graduate from Ferrandi (Paris), former heady pastry chef at the restaurants The Table & Magazine Street Kitchen in South Mumbai, owner of the dessert providing and pastry-consulting company called The Crème Company. Chef Minali expects everyone to have a fun attitude towards this workshop also wants everyone to enjoy themselves and take back a great experience!
