The iconic restaurant, Gaylord is a melting pot of various ethnic cuisines. A culinary pit-stop in the heart of South Mumbai launched their new menu with mouth-watering dishes and sublime cuisine to tantalize visitor’s taste buds. Known for its exquisite gastronomy, Gaylord’s new menu introduces lavish dishes where there’s definitely something for everyone.

The sumptuous dishes are designed to appeal to a wider audience and provide more exquisite options for the guests to enhance their fine dining experience. Chef Jaheer Khan, Corporate Chef, Quality Group has crafted an exciting menu featuring delicacies from the Northern parts of India a fare from Punjab and Lucknow created for the Maharajas and Nawabs. The new menu includes delicious dishes such as Baby Blue Cheese Naan with Dal Bukhara, Nawabi Dum Gosht, Truffle Edamame, Chicken Gilafi Seekh, Lahori Chicken Masala, Subz Galouti Kebab and many more.
