Being the President of IFCA, he has represented not only the Indian cuisine but the entire Indian Chefs Fraternity on a global level.   A person with a positive charisma and so much yo learn from, Chef Manjit Singh has dedicated his life for the betterment of the Indian culinary level. He has kept his work in the forefront and has made India proud. 

A passionate chef and a true inspiration to the young aspiring chefs of the industry. He is currently the President of IFCA and Corporate Chef of ITC Hotels. Indian culinary industry is lucky to have such supporting pillars. People like Chef Gill have taken the Indian cuisine to a soaring level where the future chefs will create history. 

 He has life membership of the World Association of  Chef Society. He also received the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Ministry of Tourism in 2007. Chef Gill has also received the Punjabi Gold Award from World Punjabi Organization. He has represented Indian food on the global level and has cooked for Prince Charles and Lady Diana in 1992.
