Sonal Holland is India’s first master of wine. She is India’s most accomplished wine professionals. Her journey is inspiring for many people. She has won numerous accolades in this field. She was awarded the “Wine Personality of the Year” by FBAI. she is the former corporate head of wine and beverages at ITC Hotels. She aspires to draw India’s attention to wine. She is acclaimed as the most influential personality in India’s luxury Industry.

She owns SOHO Wine Club and Sonal Holland Wine Academy. SOHO Wine Club is a perfect place for wine lovers. Classic wine is supervised under Sonal which are then tasted by the members of the Club. Sonal Holland Wine Academy is among the most acknowledged institutes in India. It offers WSET Wine Courses. Sonal Holland MW is in collaboration with Wine Intelligence of India and together they do research on different varieties of wine.

Fill only one-third of your glass with wine leaving rest of the glass empty for the wine to swirl.

Hold the wine glass with the stem or the base whichever you find comfortable and cool. 

If the wine is too cold, use the heat of your palms and cup the glass.

Swirl the wine in your glass and swish it in your palate. It helps the flavours of the wine to open up.
