To celebrate the multicultural heritage and rich flavours of Singapore, Chef Alexsander Cheng, Oriental specialty Chef at Vintage Asia has curated an authentic and lavish spread exclusively crafted with panache, to give the patrons the Singaporean experience to their taste buds.

The menu will comprise of an array of offerings ranging from appetizers, soups, mains, desserts and lot more. Start with an array of classic and aromatic soups like ‘Winter melon mushroom soup’, and ‘Double Boiled Coconut Chicken and progress into lip smacking starters like ‘Rojak Fruit’, ‘Yong tau foo(Bean curd stuffed minced fish, fish cake’, and ‘fish ball’, ‘Butter chili oatmeal bean curd’ etc.

Indulge in the delectable main course, like ‘Stir-fry water spinach with garlic’, ‘Wok-fried Griddled Shredded cabbage’, ‘Sweet & Sour pork with bell pepper & pineapple’, ‘Hot & sour fish soup with pickled greens’, ‘Deep fried prawn Singaporean sauce with Chinese bun’ ‘Stir fried Hokkien noodle (veg/prawn/chicken)’,’Hainanese chicken rice’ and ‘Char kuew tiauw /Stir –Fried Flat Rice Noodle’ and more.

To satiate your sweet tooth cravings, the menu will embrace appetizing desserts like ‘Lotus Flower Crispy Cake with Assorted Fruit and Mango Puree’, and ‘Lemon grass ice jelly pudding’ to savour.
