Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat And Spa Appoints Mr. Srikant Peri as the New General Manager

Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat And Spa are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Srikant Peri as the retreat’s new General Manager effective October 2018.

With more than 30 years of experience in the ‘Luxury Hospitality Industry’, Srikant will play a major role in expand the business in India. His priorities will include strengthening partner relationships, strategic planning, managing and overseeing day-to-day operations and driving business development to meet growing business and consumer needs for an effective wellness program.

Under his effective guidance, Srikant is also expected to take the lead in carrying out the company’s strategy to further advance and continue the growth in both commercial and enterprise with a strong focus into core verticals such as ‘wellness and retreat’.

During his 30 plus years in the Luxury Hospitality Industry, he has delivered to various roles like Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Director Food and Beverage, and Hotel Manager and technical positions across multiple global luxe hotel chains. Srikant last successful stint was with Banyan Tree Hotels and resort, Maldives, as the General Manager where he demonstrated leadership and efficient management in overall operations. Srikant has also been a personnel with leading hospitality brands and served a long tenure with the property such as Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels, and the iconic The Oberoi Cecil for 18 years.

Commenting on his new role and responsibility, Srikant says “I’m extremely delighted to be inducted into Hilton Shillim family.
