Indian Delicacies at the pop up by Home Chef Surabhi Sehgal at Kangan, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park this March!

Pune, March 2, 2020: As the season of Spring approaches, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park brings to you a myriad of fresh, robust flavors. This March, their flagship restaurant Kangan, is hosting a pop up with Home Chef Surabhi Sehgal which will feature Indian dishes with a blend of unique spices and ingredients along with a health quotient!

Kangan, the fine dine restaurant at the Westin Pune Koregaon Park is known for its Hyderabad and North West Frontier Cuisine. The plush restaurant will host home chef Surabhi Sehgal who has curated a menu centered around Indian dishes packed with tons of flavor and health benefits in it!

Surabhi who hails from Dehra Doon, a scenic valley nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, after having completed her Masters in English Literature and living and working in six countries has decided to devote all her time to her one true passion, food!

Over the past few years while living in UAE, she worked with various brands creating recipes suitable for their clients and styling and photographing them for their websites and marketing campaigns. Her global exposure enables her to work with several cuisines and ingredients. Now having settled in Pune she engages herself in various workshops, food styling projects, develops some unique recipes for various brands and some of them even make it to her social media page!

This very exposure has now enabled to curate an exclusive pop up for a fine dine restaurant like Kangan at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park in the month of March. The menu is full of unique, delicious flavors and will feature dishes such as Achari Pumpkin Crostini with Anar & Feta, Kolkata Chop Croquette, Beetroot Kofta, Cashew Curry, Cilantro Oil, Masala Lamb Shank, Rose, Pistachio, Coconut and Curry Leaf crusted Jumbo Prawns, and much more!
