JGU BITE – Food Festival ‘ A one of its Kind’

ART 10 is delighted to propose JGU’S first ever Food Fest ‘BITE’ in association with BISWAMIL.We have attempted, with this celebration, to draw out the culture and diverse sorts of cuisines. The food stalls include culture of various parts of the country, from north to south, from east to west; we have attempted to unite every one of them at one spot.

The one of a kind theme of this food festival is going to be that of a ‘Big Fat Indian Wedding’. The stalls to be setup would be in a way that is akin to the setup of a typical North Indian Wedding. This theme was chosen as it perfectly compliments the culture of the city where the university is situated. In these enthralling two days we plan to have various on the spot competitions like Tikki eating competition, or Gol Gappa eating competition and various other side events. This food festival we will make sure that these two days are the most captivating two days the students will spend in our university. With amazing stalls and delicious food during the day we have planned for two grand nights as well, the first night we plan to have a Movie Night and on the next day an open MIC Night.

We have confirmations from 21 vendors, which consist of 13 stalls and 8 food trucks. We have contacted many big food chains like Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, Cocoberry, Keventers, Burger King, Bercos etc. Also, We would like to mention that many of the above mentioned brands are International Food Chains.
