JW Marriott Hotel Pune uncovers a mesmerizing art exhibit by Asian art House

Pune, 13th December, 2018: JW Marriott Hotel Pune is all set to mesmerize its guests as they partner with the Asian Art House, to display riveting art by over 15 acclaimed artists like Manoj Das, M.F. Husain, Amit Bhar, Laxman Aaley, Bhaskar Rao Botcha, Sangeeta Babani, and Thota Laxminarayana, among others. From 14th to 16th December 2018, the hotel will unveil a new art series called ‘Shades of Asia’, a mélange of Indian and Vietnamese art.

To introduce its patrons to this stunningly splendid collection, the hotel will host a Wine and Cheese evening on 15th December and a specially curated Italian-style Art Brunch at Alto Vino on 16th December. These two days will see an interactive session with Manoj Das himself, as he engages the guests in a live painting session and artfully galvanizes everyone’s attention at the Art Brunch.

The classic Italian Sunday brunch will showcase two maestros of art as the menu curated by Chef Christian Huber will display a bevy of artfully crafted dishes and desserts. The exclusive menu features fresh entrées and savory sides as well as a bountiful buffet of Antipasti highlights. Golden Beet Carpaccio, Summer Squash with Pumpkin Seeds and Goat’s Milk Feta, and Blistered Asparagus with Lemon are a few treats among a selection of house-made bread and pastry. Relish an enjoyable array of Cheese, Italian Cold Cuts and homemade Ravioli accompanied by hand-crafted Cocktails, plush Wines, aromatic Italian-roast Coffee, and freshly squeezed Juices.

The unique exhibit will boast of 20 superlative artworks, each masterpiece amalgamating and expressing the sensibilities and distinct imagery of the two countries – India & Vietnam. ‘Shades of Asia’ traces back to every artists’ journey in their refined experiences, their observations as creative individuals taking a visual form which is diverse, subjective and most exclusive. The vibrant yet sublime artworks are sure to captivate the eye and enchant one’s senses.

The Asian Art House presents art lovers a collection of contemporary art from India and South East Asia. Asian Art House identifies and selects upcoming and established Asian Artists giving them a platform to showcase and market their works in India and to a global audience.
