Arunit Banerjee has earned the reputation of a seasoned HR professional with almost a decade of experience under his belt in successfully aligning Human Resource strategies with business objectives.
He has showcased excellence in fundamental areas like learning and development, recruitment, value-based leadership and colleague-engagement performance management.
Committed, organized and blessed with excellent interpersonal skills, he currently holds the pivotal position of Human Resources Manager at JW Marriot Kolkata.
In his current stint with JW Marriott Kolkata, he is using his vast repertoire of expertise to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource department including supervision of recruitment, compensation, training and development.

He has been a major contributor in these top-of-the line brands right from their pre-opening phases to the creation of HR policies, implementation of training modules and developing succession plan for departments. He has also received appreciation from the management for his work in formulating Standard Operating Procedures for all departments and implementation of need-based process modifications aimed at enhancing Guest Satisfaction Index and LQA Scores.
