Guided by our trained chef, master the art of making sushi from scratch. Learn the essentials of making sushi from seasoning rice to toasting the nori, from balancing flavour profiles to rolling. After the class, there is nothing quite as satisfying as relishing sushi you have hand rolled. With the advice and tips you gather from our chefs, there is no reason why you won’t be able to recreate this Japanese favourite at home!
