Dirty Martini

Main alcohol:

Vodka

Ingredients:

· 15 ml dry vermouth

· 45ml vodka

· 30 ml olive brine

Preparation:

· Straight pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes and shake well.

· Strain in chilled martini cocktail glass.

· Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink, or garnish with olive.

Served:

Straight

Standard garnish:

· Olive

· Lemon twist
