Botanical cocktails, freshly brewed coffee and modern food coupled with a resplendent ambiance makes it perfect to visit anytime of the day. A casual lunch or hearty dinner place that seamlessly transforms into a bar or your favorite coffee shop, Arbour 28 is all this and more.

The interiors are inspired by a garden of love offering a distinct edge of elegance. With warm lighting and colors like violets, browns, greys and turquoise with olive greens, the mood of Arbour 28 is inviting. Touches of gold around the bar lend a luxurious element while keeping the designer’s style to the point. Chic and modern, the restaurant has a soothing disposition that makes it easy to fall in love with it along with a large outdoor and cozy indoor space. A summer garden where you can sit back and unwind with great food and drinks – that’s what Arbour28 is all about. Fresh cocktails with infusions and a great G&T list are a translation of the team’s vision matched with food that reflects the same ethos.

 A contemporary menu which reflects global cuisine, Arbour28 is a gateway to the world. Well-presented and hearty, the fare stretches from Indian to Asian to Italian. Spearheaded by Himanil Khosla, the menu features classic flavors from across the globe in a bold and modern avatar. “A cuisine without borders, that’s what we call it here at Arbour28. With our eclectic cuisine paired with innovative cocktails and chic decor, we aim to create a place perfect for conversations, celebrations and memorable dining” says Himanil Khosla, CEO and Chef Patron, Arbour28. The nibbles menu has options that will satiate without overpowering like Mushroom dusted truffle popcornsMediterranean chick pea fries and Crisp fried Nori Chicken amongst others.  Also on offer are Chilli Cheese Toast, Chettinad Vada Pho, Goat Cheese and Jalapeno Churros and a Sriracha Hummus Kulcha to choose from. Chicken lovers will thoroughly enjoy the Smoked chicken Bruschetta, Chicken scallion pot stickers and Chargrilled chicken skewers while other non-vegetarian options range from Kolhapuri Raan Kulcha, Herb crusted Lamb chops and Wasabi Mayo Prawns. A soups and salads section whets a healthy appetite while pastas, pizzas and risottos hit the absolute right notes of savory. The menu also has a large plates section with wholesome delicacies prepared with love while the dessert menu leaves you spoilt for choice whether it is chocolate or ice cream that you are craving.

Kushal Tandon, Director, is excited about his passion translating to a restaurant that envisions that and more. He says “Hosting and feeding people comes naturally to me, as does the joy associated with seeing the satiated smiles on their faces. Sharing my mom’s home cooked meals everyday with the crew on my sets still gives me happiness as I see how they look forward to it! I consider food as a messenger of love and truly a way to everyone’s heart. When the opportunity arose with my childhood friends from my hometown who make up MTRN hospitality I jumped right in! We have poured our hearts and souls into Arbour28. It is an extension of our homes and we hope to carry forward the same warmth and welcoming feeling to everyone that visits us”.

With Mixologist Akash Singh at the bar that serves drinks indoors as well as outdoors, he offers homemade syrups, liquors, Falernums and Bitters. Drinks such as Ma-Cha (gin, Matcha, Cointreau), Arbourlin (Smokey whiskey, jasmine tea, ginger and lime), Cheese Cookie (Raspberry, strawberry, vanilla vodka, passion fruit and cream cheese) among others shed light on the innovation and ability to offer a global standard to the city’s discerning patrons. The bar also has single malts, scotch, whiskey, vodka and wines for those who prefer their drinks up straight.

Signifying the number ‘28’ in the name, Kushal Tandon and Chef Himanil Khosla both share their birth dates on the same date and chose to celebrate the joy that good food brings to the world with Arbour28.

Launched on 27th February 2020, Arbour28 is all set to welcome patrons to their own private sanctuary – of elements that comfort and please.
