Mr. Arjun Kaggallu appointed as Director of Operations at The Hyatt Regency Chennai

Hyatt Regency Chennai welcomes the newest addition in the Hyatt Family, Mr. Arjun Kaggallu as Director of Operations. Arjun whose impressive work experience spans three continents, Europe, US and Asia began his journey in hospitality in the year 2003, as an Industrial Trainee his very first hotel being Hyatt Regency Mumbai. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Chennai, Arjun was Director of Rooms at Taj Lands End Mumbai.

A graduate from Hotel & Tourism Institute Switzerland, Arjun has worked with iconic hotels such as The JW Marriott Bangalore, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Taj Lands End Mumbai & St. Regis New York in various capacities.

Apart from being an ardent hotelier, and a passionate globetrotter, Arjun also loves cycling and catches up on movies in his free time.

Speaking of his appointment, Arjun adds “I am very excited to start my second innings with Hyatt and be a part of the Hyatt Regency Team. The hotel is beautiful and the team is wonderful. My family and I look forward to a fantastic experience in Chennai and already feel home in this warm and vibrant city”

In his new role Arjun would be responsible for spearheading the entire Operations of Hyatt Regency Chennai and therefore taking the hotel to greater levels in terms of Guest satisfaction and revenue.
