Novotel Hotels & Resorts, Goa Appoints a New Executive Chef

Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Jasbir Saini as the new Executive Chef, who comes with over 17 years of culinary experience.

Jasbir left Novotel Hotels & Resorts, Goa’s pre-opening team in 2015 to join Fairmont the Palm, Dubai which is now part of AccorHotels. His last appointment was with Courtyard Marriott Mumbai

Chef Saini brings with him an extensive array of expertise and a deep understanding of the unique and modern aspects in the F&B industry, which is critical to his role. With a passion for molecular gastronomy and a flair for International as well as Indian cuisine, he emerges as a strong intellect when it comes to innovative cooking techniques and management experience. Jasbir is also passionate about football and photography.
