Gorav Arora appointed as the General Manager of Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

Mumbai, 12 June 2019: Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has appointed Gorav Arora as the General Manager of the property. Gorav being an accomplished hotelier brings 18 years of hospitality experience to the beach hotel. In his leadership role, he will be responsible for spearheading operations at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach.

Over the course of his career, Gorav has worked with leading international hotel brands like The Hyatt Hotels and The Oberoi Group. Further, he has also been associated with Accor for the past 9 years. He was heading the Sales & Marketing function for Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre for over 3 years and later was appointed as the Resident Manager where he was assisting the General Manager in ensuring smooth & profitable operations, enhanced guest experience & service excellence.

His well – versed knowledge & dynamic guidance, makes him accountable for steering beneficial strategies for Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. Under his solid leadership, team building skills, comprehensive knowledge of international standard service procedures and a strong background in sales & marketing; the team will be able to provide a strategic depth to the property.

Gorav strongly believes in hard work, honesty and dedication. He values relationships and relentlessly works towards helping employees become self-acting managers. Gorav is a truly multi-faceted people’s person determined to lead Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach on the path of unprecedented success.

Gorav is an alumni of the Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur. He is passionate about traveling and enjoys cycling in his leisure time.
