Amit Kumar Sangwan appointed as the New Director of Food & Beverage at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity

Delhi, 10 May 2019: Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity has promoted Amit Kumar Sangwan as the Director of Food & Beverage. Before being promoted; he was working as Food & Beverage Manager of the upscale hotel. Amit is a passionate and dynamic hospitality professional with vast knowledge and more than 15 years of experience spanning in luxury as well as business hotels.

He has an excellent understanding of operations, guest servicing, quality compliance, beverage management, people management & training in the hospitality industry. His main responsibilities will include increasing F&B revenues, implementing new & exciting engagements at the hotel. He is a team player and has leadership qualities that add to his strengths.

He started his career with TGI Fridays in 2003. He worked with Leela Ambience Hotel for more than five years before joining Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity during its pre-opening days in 2014. Further, he has worked at top hotels such as Sheraton New Delhi and Marriott Welcome Hotel.

He completed his graduation in BSC in Hotel and Catering Management from Institute of Hotel Management. His approach is to create a positive work environment and firmly believes in providing a consistent quality of service in accordance with the Accor standards.
