PA PA YA launches a new menu on completing 3 years in Mumbai.

Zorawar Kalra’s flagship restaurant, PA PA YA, Palladium introduced their 3rd Anniversary Special new menu that is packed with delicious flavour, while staying true to its roots.
 
Headlining the menu is the ‘Nigaki’, a take on the classic Nigiri and Maki, where the final sushi is a modern derivative of both. The menu boasts a spread of vegetarian options including a Carrot, Truffle Cream Cheese Dim sum, Crispy Vegetable Maki, dehydrated Spinach Sushi, Yasai Nigaki, Asian Margarita pizza tapas and more. The non-vegetarian spread offers the Prawn and Spinach Roll topped with XO Butter Sauce Dim sum, Cantonese Dumpling broth in its classical taste, Curry leaf and peppered Calamari, mouth-numbing Sichuan style rubbed minced pork, haricot vert, and Tenderloin Bulgogi – Korean style Stir Fried Beef and the 1000 Chilies Chicken. 

The menu will also feature a selection of the previous menu’s greatest hits like the Roasted Aubergine Dim sum, Horenzo Gonae, Carbon Sushi, Sushi Matrix, Sushi Burger, Avocado Carpaccio, Crispy Lotus Stem and Tuna Tataki Pizza.

Influenced by several countries across Asia including Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Japan, etc., PA PA YA’s new menu is set to revolutionize Asian cuisine on a global scale and a completely new innovation for India.
