PM Modi emphasizing Tourism.

In his latest radio episode of Mann ki Baat, PM Modi talked about tourism in India. He promoted tourism and requested people to go to at least 15 different places across India during festival holidays. He said that India’s rank on the Travel and Tourism Competitive Index has jumped to 34 from 65. He further said that it can become a major tourist destination by 2022 with the countrymen’s support. He suggested people travel to 15 different places because according to him, it will help people to understand the diversity in the country. 

Along with it, he talked about fit and healthy India and government banning e-cigarette. He also discussed Bharat ki Lakshmi, a movement to celebrate the strength and skills of Nari Shakti.
