Learn Indian Accent Favourites with celebrated Chef Manish Mehrotra

All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Cuddles Foundation

Studio Fifteen was conceptualized in 2013 to be a culinary hub for everything from workshops, private lessons and corporate training sessions, to pop-up meals and chef collaborations. The classes were aimed for everyone who wanted to learn how to bake or cook in an environment that wasn’t intimidating. After all, it was born to meet the constant need to keep learning and growing.

In light of the pandemic, a lot has changed in the last six months. Bridging the gap between chefs and gourmands, after curating culinary classes for small groups of people for 10 years, Founder Pooja Dhingra is set to move Studio Fifteen online. The eight-week-long online pop-up of Studio Fifteen will be a celebration of Culinary Arts with some of the finest chefs in the county. This Sunday, 25th October, join celebrated Chef Manish Mehrotra, Corporate Chef at New Delhi’s Indian Accent for an exclusive workshop to learn favourites from his eminent restaurant.

Indian Accent offers an inventive approach to Indian cuisine. It’s path breaking menu has been designed by Chef Manish Mehrotra. He reinterprets nostalgic Indian dishes with an openness towards global techniques and influences. Manish has been called the most exciting modern Indian chef in the world today.

Indian Accent in New Delhi opened in 2009 to significant acclaim for its path breaking approach to contemporary Indian food. Indian Accent, New Delhi has won several awards and global recognition, including being the only restaurant from India on the ‘World’s 100 Best’ list since 2015. It has been awarded the ‘Best Restaurant in India by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants’, every year since 2015. It opened in New York in 2016 to critical and popular acclaim.
