Experience the finest regional Japanese delicacies including Chef Shimomura’s signature dishes like Tempura, Sushi, Sashimi, innovative Ramen and more. Born, trained and practiced in Tokyo and having worked with multiple Michelin star restaurants, this master of Japanese cuisine brings to the table luscious elements, aromatic flavors and exotic textures that will help satiate your love for authentic Japanese food.

During the festival, the guests can pick from an exclusive set menu crafted by Chef Shimomura or enjoy the Tamra buffet with a live Japanese theatre. Pair this authentic meal with a Japanese Whisky, Sake or Sochu for a complete dining experience.
