New Delhi, 10 January, 2017: Setting a trailblazing paradigm in Asian inspired street cuisine in New Delhi, Honk, the bistro-style specialty restaurant features a contemporary Asian à la carte menu at the swank and stylish gourmet haven at the upscale hotel. Pullman New Delhi Aerocity announced the launch of the outlet’s exciting menu. For the increasing number of food gourmands in New Delhi, this comes as a refreshing blessing. While the food takes inspiration from the street-style cuisine popular in Asia, the presentation and décor is distinctly natural. The menu has been carefully designed to showcase culinary influences from the diverse regions of Asia, primarily Chinese and Japanese with a glimpse of Thai and Singaporean as well as a touch of Indonesian. Newly added features of the new menu include Bento Boxes, Traditional Pan Asian Curries, Udon Noodles, Mongolian Lamb Chops and many more dishes that are exciting to the palate as it is a feast to the eyes.

Commenting on the newly launched menu Chef Ajay Anand, Director of Culinary, Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, “With the launch of the new menu we aim to serve our guests with the quirky flavours of authentic Asian Street Food in the capital of the country. Chef Deepak Malhotra has curated an innovative menu based on themes of Celebration, Innovation, and Inception. Each menu includes an eclectic mix of Salads, Rolls, Dim Sums, Soup, Mains, Noodles, Rice and Desserts. The appetizers include a delectable spread range from Kanikama Salad, Oshitashi Avocado rolls, mains like cultivated mushroom, garlic chives, oyster sauce, chili, Stir fried bokchoy and braised shiitake. Guests can choose from an array of selections including Dimsums, Cocktails, Rolls, Salads, soups and desserts for each of the themes in the menu.
