~The upscale hotel accorded with two prestigious titles at the award ceremony~

Delhi, 16^th March 2019: Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity employees honored with accolades at Accor Excellence Awards 2018. The hotel won two awards in the category for ‘The Talent Development Award’ and ‘CSR Contribution The Planet 21 Heartist award’ to Chef Ajay Anand, Director of Culinary and Srinivas Rao, Director of Talent & Culture respectively. The accolades received by the hotel recognize the efforts and leadership skills at the luxury hotel. The Accor Excellence Awards program is a yearly Accor recognition program for all employees and managers in all Asia Pacific hotels and corporate offices. It started in 2011 and has evolved over the years catering to the dynamic requirements of the group and employees.

The award given to Mr Srinivas Rao, Director of Talent and Culture signifies and appreciates his dedication and effort for initiating and executing exemplary activities such as Diwali celebrations at the Blind Relief Association, Family Day at the hotel and many more with high level of commitment. Chef Ajay Anand, Director of Culinary has always been key support in coaching and training his whole culinary team to meet the standards and for each employee’s personal growth.
