The 10-day long culinary affair sees the maverick team of chefs at Aloft Cessna handpick some of the choicest of dishes to make it an exciting food fair. The menu includes Butter Chicken, Shakkar Para, Parantha, Amritsari Fish, Dal Makhni, Punjabi Pakoda Kadhi and a host of many other delightful dishes.
