Renaissance Lucknow Hotel Appoints Executive Chef – Chef  Sachin Talwar

Chef Sachin Talwar is the new Executive Chef of the Renaissance Lucknow Hotel. Chef Talwar comes with a history that has equipped him with valuable culinary knowledge from across the world and India.

Always inclined to the craft of the kitchen, Chef Talwar pursued a degree in hotel management at The International Institute of Hotel Management, Calcutta and graduated in 2000. While he was still at college he was absorbed by the Trident Udaipur property where Chef Talwar was trained in European cooking techniques, with a particular emphasis on the French tradition.

Chef Talwar has been responsible for the curating of successful food festivals such as the“Kebab Festival”, Biranj- the Royal repast, “Zaika Purani Dilli”, Wraps and Kaathi, Kebab-Kurry- Kofteh, Go Dirty- Go Clean and many more. December 2017 till January 2019, Chef Talwar was associated with Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort as Executive Chef. Chef Talwar has a flair for innovation and offers excellence across products from his kitchen.
